“The hotel needs to be renovated especially the pet rooms. Carpet shouldn’t be in pet rooms due to water bowls spilling and food getting on the carpet while the pets are eating. My room wasn’t cleaned on a daily basis and the breakfast room is closed at 9.30 am;, and 10.30 on weekends. The breakfast room should be open atleast till 10 .30 during the weekdays and 11 on the weekends. Also the staff lied saying I didn’t have a reservation and made me pay more than I should have. I had made reservations and they were cancelled a few times through third party because it was cheaper and the hotels didn’t like that. The front counter staff was rude and argued with me when I explained the room was paid for online and charged me again”
