“최대 장점이 픽업서비스가 24시간이라는 건데요, 다만 예약할 때 미리 고지하지않으면 캐나다 번호로 전화해야합니다. 그치만 기사님이 굉장히 친절하시고 공항에서도 가까워서 접근성이 좋아요. 객실로 들어가는 통로가 길고 방이 엄청 많습니다. 다만 제가 늦게 체크인했는데 체크인하시는 직원분이 친절한듯 불친절한 느낌이 다소 있었어요. 그치만 크게 무례한 선은 아니었고 카드키도 처음에 안돼서 바꿔달라고 했더니 흔쾌히 바꿔주셨습니다. 난방도 잘 되고 너무 주차장 통창 옆에 있는 객실이라 약간 불안했는데 잠도 잘 잤어요 나름 추천하는 숙소”

“I have stayed here twice. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Multiple access points to the building. Breakfast was always delicious with a lot of variety and plenty of fresh fruit and coffee. Bed is super comfortable. Highly recommend! ”

“I have just spent a great week at Boxotel and if I had to describe the stay I would use the word "comfortable". I did love ly stay very much. The King room I had was spacious and very well appointed and this is what I loved: amazing insulation from outside road and other rooms, big comfortable bed, electric fully black out curtains, big TV, beautiful kitchen with oven, microwave and big fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, a great bathroom with lovely shower (both held and rain, operated by simple button) great towels and bathrobe, good bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even make up remover oil), great air conditioning and heating, everything controlled electronically with in room panel, big height adjustable desk, lovely french door style windows that let great light in, very clean. Things to be aware of: there were roadworks when I stayed (mid May 2025) but they are about to be completed and honestly did noy impact my stay, the Quartier des Spectacle, where the hotel is located is very busy and geberally noisy but the street of the hotel is actually pretty quiet, surroundings can see a bit rough at first glance but I did not feel unsafe and it was ideal for Place des Arts and downtown, there is staff around during the day but not constantly but I was always able to ask questions and interact when I needed, breakfast is offered and consists of a chia pudding, yogurts, some small pastry, there is a water fountain at reception, there is a small space for excercise which includes a treadmill, there is a sauna and great roof top on the 6th floor, almost all rooms overlook the main road, some have small balconies. Overall in this price rance this is an excellent choice and would definitely book again if I come back to Montreal. Pro tip: The curtains are operated just by single touch on the control panel, the one with the sun symbol controls the sheer day curtains and the one with the moon symbol controls the night blacked out ones. If you book by third parties websites, do reach out to the hotel by email to let them know your arrival time and either get the entry code or make sure someone is present at that time to let you in (normally entrance is by code but I did not receive them). ”

“The construction outside the hotel made it a bit inconvenient—would’ve been nice to have been given a heads up on it. Other than that, we had a great stay—room was spacious and clean; staff was friendly; wifi was reliable and the location was perfect.”
