“Every breakfast is same and the waffles taste different every single time so it's bad. Also there is only one worker so if I need it I have to call and if I email to that Vila then I don’t reply back from Vila. But the room is so clean and location is good also the front and back door closed all the time immediately so it feels safe but door lock is sometimes bad to lock and unlock”

“Pros: Nice large room with kitchen area with dishes, full-size fridge, desk, couch, access to pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, pool table and our booking even included free breakfast (eggs, tater tots, sausages, toast, cereal, etc.) all at a reasonable price. Cons: very dated and in need of some renovation (ex. open electrical sockets / wiring, broken outer window & screen in pool room, water damage in hot tub room, etc.); however, that is all minor in my opinion and the rooms are priced accordingly for it, so perfect for a budget stay.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner is amazing and very friendly. He even upgraded our room and we really enjoyed in the swimming pool. The free breakfast was so good. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“We booked a last minute stay in Medicine Hat and got a great deal on the room. When we pulled up I wasn’t sure as the outside and area of town looks a bit rundown. But the inside is wonderfully renovated and the staff was friendly and top notch. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Doors were too narrow for my walker.”

“Place was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful 😀. Great price considering it included a good breakfast 🍳. ”

“We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff accommodated all of our requests, from providing additional office chairs for the room to arranging a late checkout. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great setup for working remotely. The hotel was also very dog-friendly and had excellent laundry facilities. Overall, a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend!”
