“Always a reasonable place to stay and the newly renovated rooms are great. The other ones are clean but still carpet and needing renovations ”

“Great room except the door was having issues opening and when discussed with the room attendant she didnt quite understand what I said. My daughter was even locked inside the room. But the room was comfortable but only one of the tvs were operational. It was kind of weird the pool hours were short only till 9pm. It came down to cost and location”

“Good room. The bathroom needed work. The tub wouldn't drain and the breakfast was not work going too, the room was freezing, we went at 640am so breakfast was on for 40 minutes at that point. All the food was cold and the waffle maker was not working. So great room, mediocre bathroom and rough breakfast ”

“Our booking was half what most hotels charged for the two nights in Medicine Hat. The neighborhood can be a bit rough but the staff is very helpful and friendly. Don’t expect too much for the “breakfast included”. I would stay at the Villa again. I know what to expect now - an inexpensive stay that offers up a clean and secure room. Nothing more, nothing less.”

“Excellent facilities, small gym. excellent hot breakfast, great waterslide and pool facilities, however, if using a 3rd party to book we would suggest calling the hotel directly to make sure all amenities are as stated. Pool facilities had only opened a week prior to our booking. could have been heartbreaking for our grandkids.”

“Pros: Nice large room with kitchen area with dishes, full-size fridge, desk, couch, access to pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, pool table and our booking even included free breakfast (eggs, tater tots, sausages, toast, cereal, etc.) all at a reasonable price. Cons: very dated and in need of some renovation (ex. open electrical sockets / wiring, broken outer window & screen in pool room, water damage in hot tub room, etc.); however, that is all minor in my opinion and the rooms are priced accordingly for it, so perfect for a budget stay.”
