“We stayed for 4 nights. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Don’t know her name but it started with a T. The housekeeping wasn’t that great because the floors in the room and the bathroom were not swept all 4 days of my stay. I could tell that because the there was a piece of plastic in the bathroom floor under the radiator and it stayed there from the time I entered the room till I left it after 3-4 days. Same thing with the room floor because my room was not carpeted and our feet would turn black after walking on the floor . I clearly knew that the housekeeping wasn’t not doing their job right. They only changed the bathroom towels and bedsheets that’s it. Everything else besides that was good. The breakfast was good too and two lovely ladies there were very nice and courteous.”

“Paking is paid Check in is 4 pm, but check out is before 11 am. You do not stay there even 24 hours. The shower is inconvenient with the door not fully closing, the floor gets wet. Same with the sink, it's not deep enough and water splashes all around. Also, more lighting at least in the bathroom would be helpful.”

“After staying for three days, my deep blue towel hanging in the bathroom was gone by the next day. After I checked out and left, I realized I had left my Kindle in the room. I sent an email, but the response said I needed to call another department. When I called the front desk, they claimed not to have seen it and directed me to call housekeeping. However, I tried calling twice and no one answered.”
