“This motel is no frills but does the job. I was in the area by myself for a medical appointment and needed overnight lodging. The New Star fit the bill. Nothing fancy but it met my needs. The room was quite small so I am not sure that it would be so good for more than one person but for a solo traveler, it was great. Clean, friendly staff and easy to access major routes from the location.”

“After staying for three days, my deep blue towel hanging in the bathroom was gone by the next day. After I checked out and left, I realized I had left my Kindle in the room. I sent an email, but the response said I needed to call another department. When I called the front desk, they claimed not to have seen it and directed me to call housekeeping. However, I tried calling twice and no one answered.”

“My family stayed here for one night. The location near a big shopping mall, hotel facilities with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna was awesome!!”

“good hotel but lots of rowdy children from sport team staying at the same time who were banging on the doors and barely got any sleep. ”

“Paking is paid Check in is 4 pm, but check out is before 11 am. You do not stay there even 24 hours. The shower is inconvenient with the door not fully closing, the floor gets wet. Same with the sink, it's not deep enough and water splashes all around. Also, more lighting at least in the bathroom would be helpful.”
