“Staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. ”

“I stayed here for a night on my way back to Seattle after fun in Banff. It was satisfactory for the price, there were no hidden fees, and parking was easy and good! There was a security guard at the parking lot in the evening, and there were many places to eat nearby, so it was perfect for a night of sleep!”

“I had a very satisfying stay thanks to the clean, comfortable bed and the provided breakfast. Although there was a pool, I couldn't use it because I checked in late, but I’d love to try it next time. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.”

“The location was as convenient and good as other nearby hotels. The facilities and hygiene were not ideal, but I was satisfied with the price. ”

“This hotel offers reasonable rates if you're planning a roadtrip stop but still want to be within walking distance to restaurants or even a swim in the river. It's very clean and has had some stylish updates in the main areas, but not as much in the rooms. Pool area is nicely done in a retro vibes, and open until 11pm which would be ideal if they implemented an adult hour for the last hour. You may need a PhD to work their TV remotes however but overall the stay was good with a few minor exceptions in the workout room and the fact that you're paying extra for parking...in Kamloops! Where are we? Downtown Seattle? ”
