“Rooms are clean, well kept with basic and dated decor. Make sure you shop for the best price including breakfast. The restaurant is convenient, decent food but overpriced. Convenient hwy access, lots in the neighbouring area. Meeting and Conference venues are nice to have although there is a short outdoor walk to The Venue Conference Centre. ”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, my experience ended on a disappointing note. On the morning of my checkout, while I was still asleep, a staff member opened my room and entered with another guest. The guest immediately realized it was the wrong room and corrected the staff, who then left. Being woken up by strangers entering my room was shocking and uncomfortable. This should never happen in a hotel. Before bringing a guest into a room, staff should verify that the room number is correct and confirm through their system that the room is vacant. Guest privacy and security should always come first. What was equally disappointing was that when I checked out, no one acknowledged the incident or offered an apology. A simple apology and assurance that the matter would be addressed would have gone a long way. I enjoyed the rest of my stay, but I hope the hotel reviews its procedures to ensure this does not happen to another guest.”

“My stay was very pleasant - the room was clean and spacious and provided a good night’s rest. I had asked for a quiet room and got one and even though there was a large wedding on the property I didn’t hear a sound. ”

“Upon checking in I was met with an unsavory "couple" who was yelling at the front desk agent about having unclean sheets with blood on them, being very upset that they could not get a refund. I checked into my room and found the same issue. The sheets had stains and blood on them and the room itself felt dirty and felt like a hotel that people "rent by the hour". I immediately checked out and did not argue about the refund, as I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. ”
