“Change of plan, so ended up 2 nights in Santos... nice hotel, above average for Agoda booking. GREAT breakfast, near the beach, but our room street view. Sea a LONG way from beach.... Many restaurants close, good to find in 3rd level of adjoining shopping mall. Good stay ”

“Having researched and visited several hotels in santos, I found the Sheraton to be the best overall. Clean, nicely proportioned rooms with comfortable bedding and great showers (my room did not have a bathtub). The friendly staff was attentive and always helpful. Enjoyed the included breakfast, which is ample with choices of fruits, pastries, local favorites and several hot meal options including made to order omelettes. A great value overall. Conveniently located across from a shopping mall and a ten minute walk to the beach. ”

“A estadia foi boa e o hotel é confortável. Porém, tivemos duas inconveniências: o acesso ao 6º andar é muito complicado, pois é necessário subir ao 7º andar, atravessar o hotel, pegar outro elevador e só então chegar ao 6º. Além disso, ao pedirmos pratos para nossa filha de 6 anos, fomos informados de que precisaríamos buscá-los no restaurante ou pagar R$15 pela entrega. Com o layout do hotel, isso se tornou um grande transtorno. Fora esses pontos, tivemos uma boa experiência.”

“Booked superior room with preference for double bed. Hotel with many rooms available pushed twin beds that do bot merge and wanted to charge more than 30% extra for a double bed in the same room category. ”
