“We stayed for one week at Beira Mar Hotel with our 1.5 year old son. We had a lovely and relaxing time, going between the pool and the sea. The current is very strong so played close to the shore in the waves. The staff at Beira Mar are amazing; friendly and helpful. They helped us even in the middle of the night when we had to run to the kitchen and warm a baby bottle, we are very grateful for their flexibility. The facility is clean and nice but not brand-spanking new construction. It has a similar feel to a higher end US motel. The views are to die for and I believe almost all the rooms (but one) have a balcony that faces the sea. We highly recommend, especially to anyone with small kids. ”
