“立地もよく、周りに飲食店やスーパーがありました。部屋も広く、バルコニーもとても気に入りました。連休の割には値段が安かったので、朝食は期待していませんでしたが、十分満足しました。屋上プールも子供にちょうどいいです。ありがとうございました。”

“Having researched and visited several hotels in santos, I found the Sheraton to be the best overall. Clean, nicely proportioned rooms with comfortable bedding and great showers (my room did not have a bathtub). The friendly staff was attentive and always helpful. Enjoyed the included breakfast, which is ample with choices of fruits, pastries, local favorites and several hot meal options including made to order omelettes. A great value overall. Conveniently located across from a shopping mall and a ten minute walk to the beach. ”

“Wifi was not working the whole stay especially in the rooms when raised the issue twice with reception they told us that because the hotel was at capacity wifi is not working well but will send maintenance to check at the floor. The rooms had smell of mold. When half of the other guests arrived their room had a leak from the ceiling because of the ac they sent maintain to clean it up. Rooms cleanliness left to be desired. The hotel is also quite old with old uncomfortable mattress and furniture, which in itself is not bad but for the price this hotel is marked I would expect better. ”

“Booked superior room with preference for double bed. Hotel with many rooms available pushed twin beds that do bot merge and wanted to charge more than 30% extra for a double bed in the same room category. ”
