“It was my second stay in Belo. I'm personally very satisfied. The breakfast was so good Especially, they cleaned up so well that I slept in a very comfortable accommodation. First of all, the bed is important to me~ the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was so clean, too. I was worried that it would be noisy because there were many construction sites around, but I closed the window and rested It was very quiet. All the employees were good at English, so they solved questions right away. I felt so good because of the staff who solved the problems on their own if they told me what they needed. I'm planning to come again next time I feel like I'm going to visit this accommodation again”

“O quarto em que fiquei tinha um banheiro com infiltração, paredes estufadas e uma limpeza, digamos, negligente. A roupa de cama parecia retirada de um depósito de relíquias: gasta, áspera, sem nenhum sinal de renovação. O colchão e a estrutura da cama igualmente pediam aposentadoria urgente. Nos ambientes coletivos, a atmosfera era de desconforto e o comportamento dos funcionários, mais hostil do que acolhedor, como se a simples presença do hóspede fosse um incômodo a ser tolerado. No fim das contas, pouco importa se o edifício é hotel, flat, residencial, pensão ou, mais fiel à sensação do hóspede, um cortiço. Quando a sujeira, a desordem e a desatenção tornam-se padrão, o resultado é um ambiente degradado, entregue à má gestão e ao descaso. A experiência não remete a um ícone global da hotelaria, mas a um cenário de decadência urbana, daqueles cortiços do século passado em que o luxo é apenas uma lembrança distante, ou talvez uma promessa jamais cumprida. ”

“This hotel has a great location, friendly staff and breakfast. Some observations about the room: the mattress and the pillows are really hard, shower wasn't hot enough and mini bar is expensive. The room has some mold on it (shower and under the air conditioner) and they don't have outlets close to the bed. They have a self service washer and dryer (if you need iron that's the place you would find it).”
