“I complain about fish smell inside the cabin was so strong , she said we will spray and check but nothing happed ”

“We stayed overnight. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The bistro was very good. Basic good meals. The only downside was, all the Rooms are up stairs and it could be a bit hard if you have a disability. Otherwise very happy. ”

“The rooms are nice enough. The location is fantastic. Great food next door. Playground for the kids. The rooms are serviced which is nice as well. On the downsides the bathrooms and heater both had a mouldy smell. And the carpet was a bit dirty. But great other than that! ”

“My friend and I shared a twin share bed room to attend a milestone celebration in the area. Staff very pleasant. Hotel is very clean throughout the property. Room was very basic but did the job perfectly for a one night stay. Bonus was the balcony which allowed us to enjoy the breeze drying off after the shower and getting dressed. Location is ideal for the beach but not that we were here for the beach. While parking is provided, it fills up very quickly. Parking bays are on the compact side. but definitely would stay again if needed. ”

“The view is exquisite. The photos do not do it justice. We had a north facing room on level 10 and I woke up with the ocean as soon as I opened my eyes. The wind can be noisy, I just cracked the sliding door. Only thing I was disappointed with was the TVs in the room were just standard. Bring your Chromecast if you want to watch Netflix or YouTube. Breakfast was fabulous. Easy parking and room access. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. Room service prompt. The room clean with many amenities. We stayed during the week. And the hotel wasn't to busy and the price was well below weekend rates. Included breakfast. ”

“We recently attended a wedding close to Thirroul with the reception scheduled for 3 pm . Check in in the motel is usually at 2 pm . We requested an earlier check in in order to get ready . The motel offered an even earlier check in than we requested at 12 . We really appreciated the gesture . The motel has everything you need for a short stay and in a great location near the shopping centre and restaurants and a very easy walk to the beach . A great break from Sydney . We enjoyed it . ”

“Room was great, just wish the air conditioning was also in the bedroom, but just the main living room. Extreme heatwave so made it hard to sleep, but the pool and the sister hotel to eat in, were wonderful. ”

“The hotel facilities are quite basic. The room itself was relatively clean, but there was a broken chair/stool that had not been repaired. It appeared as if it was intentionally placed there without any warning. Unfortunately, my three-year-old son did not realize it was broken, sat on it, and fell down, which was very upsetting. In addition, the small kitchen area and the bedroom are not separated by a door. At night, strong light from outside shines directly into the room, making it difficult to fall asleep. But we were grateful to get this room in a last minute booking just a day before we were going during Christmas. So no complaints ”
