“Exactly what we needed for myself and my teen. The place is beautifully renovated with an awesome room sauna and pool. Close to everything. Value for money but what stands out most is the staff - from check in to check out and everything in between our stay was met with nothing but hospitable and genuine ways. Will definitely be back ”

“We just checked out after a three night stay. The rooms were really nice and clean. We were expecting noise at it is above the pub and across from the rail station but the rooms were soundproof and couldn’t hear anything. The food downstairs was great and so convenient. Didn’t need to go anywhere after big days. There is a bakery across the road that does breakfast and really good coffee. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“A bit expensive, I suppose, because it was during school holidays, but it was fine, a good little stay. I do think it should be cheaper for the value it offers, though. There were a few flaws; I won’t go into them, as they didn't really affect the trip. ”

“We stayed overnight. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The bistro was very good. Basic good meals. The only downside was, all the Rooms are up stairs and it could be a bit hard if you have a disability. Otherwise very happy. ”

“This place met our needs for the night but really it could do with a few minor changes to make it a little bit more special. For instance, the one TV in our 2 bedroom suite was pretty small. I would have appreciated a bigger one in the shared area, and smaller ones in the bedrooms. The bar fridge is also tiny. The balcony has no outdoor furniture, and the chairs and lounge in the main room are pretty average. Lift wasn't working which meant we had to hike up 3 flights of stairs which they had emailed us about - but it's been out now for months, so what's going on there?? No discount or incentives offered for this inconvenience.”

“My friend and I shared a twin share bed room to attend a milestone celebration in the area. Staff very pleasant. Hotel is very clean throughout the property. Room was very basic but did the job perfectly for a one night stay. Bonus was the balcony which allowed us to enjoy the breeze drying off after the shower and getting dressed. Location is ideal for the beach but not that we were here for the beach. While parking is provided, it fills up very quickly. Parking bays are on the compact side. but definitely would stay again if needed. ”
