“There was a cleaning rag left in the room. When I informed the staff, they just removed the rag, which felt a bit disappointing. I also paid a $100 deposit and would like to know when it will be refunded.”

“Had a function nearby and was hassle free. I had to park in the street as I didn't check in till late. Would recommend, very clean and location close to Flinders Street a 10 min walk. ”

“Enjoyed the stay as a group. Thank you”

“Nice room. Very clean . Friendly staff . ”

“Although the booking through agoda was easy and simple, our free upgrade was not worth it. Supposedly being a queen bed, I'm 6'2 and im preety sure the bed was only a double. There was no one in attendance in reception at 3pm in arvoon the day of our entry. Did not ask for an upgrade and was not told of any non functioning appliances. The dishwasher didnt even turn on so once realising this the front desk attendent was notified and I wasnt able to use it throughout the stay. The front door did not close properly unless you slammed it shut. The foyer entrance/exit area to lift to lift was filthy and hadnt been vacummed or moped for some time. dirty and filthy. both shower head made a very annoying noise when being used and could hear the lift through the bedroom walls as room 26. overall I would rate the stay at a 4 outa 10. ”

“We were looking for a place to stay in the city for 2 nights close to Christmas with short notice. This hotel was very well priced so we thought we would give it a go. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. ”
