Although the booking through agoda was easy and simple, our free upgrade was not worth it. Supposedly being a queen bed, I'm 6'2 and im preety sure the bed was only a double. There was no one in attendance in reception at 3pm in arvoon the day of our entry. Did not ask for an upgrade and was not told of any non functioning appliances. The dishwasher didnt even turn on so once realising this the front desk attendent was notified and I wasnt able to use it throughout the stay. The front door did not close properly unless you slammed it shut. The foyer entrance/exit area to lift to lift was filthy and hadnt been vacummed or moped for some time. dirty and filthy. both shower head made a very annoying noise when being used and could hear the lift through the bedroom walls as room 26. overall I would rate the stay at a 4 outa 10.

Highly recommend staying at this property. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasurable and comfortable. Easy access, plenty of on-site parking, staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be booking again.

The room is not clean, and the pillows are very stinky. So noisy and can't sleep. Very bad experience!

Accommodation is excellent, staff terrific and outstanding customer service. In the heart of Q Central with BCC Cinemas and Eateries. Close to transport to the City. Drive City just 2 mins away.

There is no point to a balcony when the a/c condenser blasts hot air straight at you.. turn the air off and the room heats up in minutes. Reception weekend staff were quite rude sadly compared to midweek. Training required.
