“Enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly, nice pool area for the kids. It would be better if they ran a courtesy bus as it is not walking distance from the town centre.”

“Great location and friendly staff. The property is a little dated, and the room furnishings could benefit from a refresh and modern update. That said, we still had a wonderful holiday, as we spent very little time in the room and most of our time enjoying the sights of FNQ ”

“We stayed in a Lagoon View Room in the North wing, and the view was amazing! The room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. During the housekeeping service, a pair of shoes was inadvertently removed. However, once we noticed their absence and reported it to the front desk, they were promptly returned. It was a slightly unusual situation, but I prefer to believe it was an innocent mistake.”

“We had a nice stay but it was dampened by a few let downs. Our room was left open by housekeeping whilst we were on a Daintree tour. The door completely unlocked for several hours for anyone to access. We only received apologies and no information about a follow up with house keeping even though I was clearly very upset about this situation. Our food for breakfast was pricey and not up to standard for the price. Example, my choc chip pancakes with strawberries was served with one strawberry cut in half for about $20. The location, pool and games services were fantastic and we didn’t dine for lunch or dinner so we cannot comment on that. Beautiful weather and beautiful surroundings. ”
