“The Mantra Portsea was an easy stay, however some things could be done better. Cleanliness of the rooms weren't the best, the floors especially. We chose a hotel room as it was just the 2 of us, but very small, no balcony. If you chose a 2 bedroom, this room would be your second room. Staff were good, location was just a 20 minute walk from town. ”

“Warm welcome from reception staff. Our spa studio was spacious enough, with a comfortable king bed, very clean, the balcony was nice to relax on. Basic breakfast facilities appreciated. Nice accommodation close the the Main Street but not noisy. Some people may have a problem with getting in and out of the spa bath tub to have a shower, it’s quite high. The toilet has no ventilation so you need to have the balcony door open for that. Also the toilet door is a sort of blind instead of solid door, didn’t feel private. Apart from the odd bathroom, everything was great. Good value if you book months in advance. We didn’t try the heated pool.”
