“Very run down and needs an upgrade. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke in it along with the corridor. No smoking signs were completely ignored. The bed was ok, but there was nowhere to make a coffee without going into the small kitchen area, which needed a lot more in it. All there was was a microwave and kettle and that was it. So bring your own cups and tea and coffee if you want one! The shared bathroom and toilets needed a good clean. Overall not really the staff’s fault but they need to left their game.”
