The room was quite small, and wasn’t as clean as we hoped. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The instruction to drop used towels on the floor for stays longer than two nights was quite unusual and raised concerns about cleanliness. Despite these issues, the staff were very helpful and even though language barriers were present, but translation apps were used. However, there seemed to be an unclear about the baggage sending service that we want to send to the next hotel in Tokyo. They said they have only COD service, so they suggest us to send the bags from Family Mart nearby. The location is a bit of a walk from Aomori Station, but it’s still manageable.

Good Points: Friendly staff, decent location that's walkable to the station and popular restaurants/shopping, very budget-friendly, clean, they gave me a bottle of water when I checked in Bad Points: The bed is rock-hard, everything's very dated and feels motel-quality, the lights didn't work in half of my room (even though I put the key in properly), the windows don't have curtains - only a sliding screen which doesn't reach across the whole window to block all of the light, if you leave your suitcases at the hotel while you're out they are left in the lobby next to the door which felt a bit unsafe Overall, if you're on a tight budget and you don't care about anything other than a place to sleep at night this hotel is fine. But if you can spare spending a bit more per night then there are better options in the area.

三連休の初日１８時ごろに行きましたが、駐車場がすべて埋まっていました。駐車場は早者勝ちのようです。お部屋はコンパクトで、加湿器もあり、シャワーは熱いお湯がしっかり出ていました。気になる部分はありませんでした。値段相応に過ごせます。

低料金にもサービスと清潔感のある設備が整っており、スタッフの対応も丁寧で親切で安心できました。周辺環境にも満足できるため、全体的にバランスの良い宿泊ができました。

試験のために泊まったのですが、自由で良いと思います。出入りも自由にできて、鍵は預けるので無くす心配もなかったです。ただ、値段を考えると食事なしだと高めかなと思いました。 部屋のエアコンの効きが悪く若干寒さを感じました。一泊だったので我慢できました笑 雪が多く駐車場の入り口だけでも雪かきしてもらいたかったです。こんもり積もって大変でした。 しかし、とても綺麗なホテルでした。
