“From the moment we booked until the day we left, the level of care, kindness, and hospitality we received was truly exceptional. Due to severe flooding, we had to take alternative routes to reach the lodge and unfortunately ended up running out of fuel along the way. We arrived with our tank virtually empty, but the staff immediately stepped in to help. They even woke up early the next morning to go and get fuel for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated.
Despite our late arrival, they made sure that a warm meal was waiting for us and that we were comfortable and well looked after. Throughout our journey, the host was constantly in touch, checking on our whereabouts and ensuring we were safe every step of the way. It was such a reassuring and caring touch.
The cleaning staff and every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and dedication shone through in everything they did.
