“Location is perfect, within town which offers high shopping access convenience. The housekeeping staff - absolutely warm hospitality. Julia, specifically, was more than willing to assist, very kind & prompt in meeting my requests. The baked goods at breakfast, worth a mention for sure! Absolutely delicious & fresh. The atmosphere of the Garden Court Polokwane gave me a feel of being highly accommodative of business travel when in the Polokwane area. In my experience quite do-able for family travel. A real garden experience, the pool added plenty of joy to our stay, the view and ease of access from the room (417) we were given was PERFECT. Most importantly, the place offers a sense of safety. One thing that would definitely be a noticed improvement is room service: an around the clock option, especially during breakfast time, would have knocked the ball out the park. Overall, a good experience. One worth another visit - definitely. ”

“I would never recommend the place to anyone else. 1. as you drive in by the gate, there is a group of men playing dice. Beggers who will harass you by the gate. Parking is not suitable for SUV due to trees. The place is shabby and untidy. Hygiene is almost non-existent, place is infested with cockroaches and blocked drains. FURNITURE IS FALLING APART! ON THE DAY WE WERE THERE THERE WERE SOME GUESTS WHO DECIDED TO HAVE A PARTY PLAYING LOUD MUSIC A LONG WAY AFTER 10 AND THE STAFF HAD NO CONTROL OVER THEM ”
