“All staff members are superb and well-trained. Food are of good quality. We stayed there many years ago and we feel that they have truly improved their food and quality of service. We really enjoyed our stay tremendously. Only suggestion is an inside shower. ”

“While the staff at Bakubung Bush Lodge were incredibly caring and attentive, and the reception process was well-explained, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room itself was spacious, but we were given two double beds instead of the queen we had booked. Additionally, some of the in-room amenities were problematic; the television remote control didn't work, and the hairdryer was fixed to a specific location next to the window, making it impossible to use where it was needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, the excellent service from the staff was a significant positive. The safaris were great. We saw all animals (albeit some from afar) that we were expecting to see.”
