“After booking from and Agoda add we found the road inaccessible to get to the property and on further investigation found that the property had no electricity. When asking for a refund it was said that because we are rude, they will not refund us. Also the property is falsely advertised to be in Port Alfred but is actually 100km away. False advertising and not forthcoming. Vuyisa Talene was Violent, threatening and rude when asked for a refund as our vehicle cannot reach the place. If instead we were told that we need a 4x4 when we booked.....”
