“I was disappointed with the following: 1. Poor reception - no walkthrough and explanations about the venue 2. Long wait at the gate to enter. It seems intercom is not working 3. Room 8 door handle is a mess 4. Room was was not clean 5. Bathroom mats were dirty 6. Toilet paper was almost finished. Had to buy my own 7. No bathroom shower gels 8. TV not connected and completely out of order 9. Common kitchen is not clean 10. Access in and out was a mission ”
