“Our stay at Palala was amazing, we enjoyed all the activities , the spa treatments and Merlot bath were exceptional .They must include soft drinks on the picnic package and breakfast should be buffet, breakfast they always charge extra if you want something that is not on the menu, you have to pay extra for special coffee or latte hence you paid a lot of money for the stay . ”

“The place had lots of ants, we couldn’t sleep as we feared that they will get in our noses and ears. Guests smoke just next to our room while I’m heavily pregnant. There was an opening on the wall that brought a lot of dust. Reception lady was upset that I walked up to her room while I wasn’t oriented on check in in terms of where to find her or what to do when you get to reception in the absence of stuff. We were forced to check out a day earlier due to this bad conditions and I was told I will be contacted regarding my possible refund, until now nothing was communicated. ”
