“Lovely room and common areas. Good food in the restaurant. Spdctacular location although it was foggy throughout our stay. Negative is the pools are not kept clean.”

“The resort is located in the best area , fabulous views from the resort and chalets. The accommodation is older and bit run down but the staff makes up for it in friendliness. The grounds are well kept. The restaurant offers delightful meals and fabulous views of the cliffs . Be aware that there is no AC in the rooms.”

“Stayed at Elephant's Nest for a short 2 night stopover on Mpumalanga's Panorama route during the quiet tourist season in early February. Rustic and charming rooms with essential facilities - fridge, drinking water, kettle for making tea/coffee and important mosquito and insect repellant & coil! Housekeeper was welcoming and helpful. Note that breakfast is not included and the guest facilities are more in keeping with a self-catering stay.”
