“We had a lovely peaceful stay at the Paxton. The location is perfect, close enough to be far away enough from Summerstrand (Summerstrand is no longer the tourist Mecca, its become overcrowded, loud, people drinking on the grass almost adjacent to KFC by the jetty section - feels unsafe). The hi-light of our stay was the exceptional service from the night staff reservations reception. We reached the hotel close onto midnight, after having taking a wrong turn. Weary and tired, i requested an upgrade to a sea facing room, the reservations consultant on duty asked me to give him a few minutes, he then swopped our rooms for 2 amazing rooms!the staff all round were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, will definitely stay again. The superb customer service stands out. ”
