“This was a return stay at Coral Wood, and it was perfect. I love the easy keyless access, the lovely design and modern finishes, the cleanliness, great linen, convenient breakfast, stunning common area, bird life.... well everything really. There's easy access by foot or car to magnificent Nahoon Beach and super restaurants (also within walking distance if necessary). East London was altogether lovely, and knowing that I was sleeping at Coral Wood was a treat. I have recommended Coral Wood a number of times, and will continue to do so! “Awful experience. The guests were rowdy and druken. Despite many calls to Management nothing was done about the situation. I was unable to get ANY sleep due to the paer thin walls and interleading doors. Management has a strict no alcohol on the premises rule , yet nothing was done about the rowdy druken guests and no change of room was offerred or suggested. They do not seem interested in ensuring guests are comfortable and catered to. No towels were provided and the telephone did not work. I had to walk to reception to ask for this. Skip this one. ”
