“I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Xanelle Guest House from 27-28 February 2026. Despite making a last-minute booking, my reservation was accommodated without hesitation. The service was exceptional friendly and professional from the outset. Even though I arrived late, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at ease. The guesthouse was impeccable clean and well-appointed, with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Attention to detail and overall preparation were of a high standard. “Pillowcase had yellow stains on it and linen didn't look like it had been freshly washed or ironed. Room quite dusty inside. Bathroom also hadn't been recently cleaned as there was an old bar of soap and a washcloth left in shower. Staff were friendly. Room had solar lights that were effective during load shedding. Guest house didn't look well-maintained and was a bit run down. Not badly priced but I wouldn't recommend it.”
