“Can't go wrong for $70 one night. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. Mini fridge still had a couple drinks in it that was nice. I like that the tv was a newer one so you can use airplay if you have iphone. Seems like a rowdy party street, a bunch of bars right across the street. 4/5 not perfect but still awesome. I'll probably get another room here next year for the york jam”

“We very much enjoyed the pool, with nice plantings and comfortable seating. Next time I will bring my own towel as the supplied towels were thin and smaller. We were surprised the pool area had no bathroom. The hotel is older and the decor is definately used but clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good at the bar/grill. Breakfast was the same as most free breakfast and they kept the trays and food areas well stocked. The garden is very nice and well lit. Rates are reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again.”

“This is the lodging I choose when going to dog shows at the Expo Center. The neighborhood is good form walking dogs. ”

“Clean, safe”

“Stood at check in after being greeted while the associate finished up their lengthy text message. Finally received a single card key and went to the room. Whole hotel smelled funky. Lots of trash debris on the carpet- figured housekeeping would clean after they were finished with the rooms- nope. Room was “updated” with new paint and picture and desk/dresser, rest was super shabby. No bugs upon inspection, but we kept our things cased up and on top of the desk. Roaches found the next morning, though. Single carafe of coffee set out for breakfast, nothing else. At least it was near where had to be. ”

“Unless you are broke like me don't take this place. Roaches, dirty sheets, dirty bathrooms it is the worst of the worse.”
