“I am unsure about booking this place. Long story short, my husband said it was totally fine. What prompted me to write this review is to thank Jasmine at the front desk. She is very courteous and helpful over the phone. I appreciate that. Thanks, Jane ( wife of the fisherman;))”

“Facility backs on to Yakima River - provided a nice view when in room. Breakfast was well run. Staff attentive, friendly and not overbearing. Hotel isn’t spiffy brand new clean but isn’t dirty either.”

“Beds were great. Rooms were very comfortable.”

“Check in was quick and easy. Place looks as shown on picture on the website. Great location. ”

“Usually stay here, the people are friendly and the location is conveniently walkable to local eateries. Rooms are pretty clean and might have some small fixes here and there. ”

“Staff are helpful!”

“Call and reserve. The app I used(Agonda). I had a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. I paid for a king size room with a couch bed and charged me for that room. Checked in and went to the room, to find out it was a standard king size room and the room was small for my family. Went back to the desk and asked what happened. She said unfortunately that’s the room they put you in and the hotel can do nothing about . The only they could do was give a folding bed. But remember I said the room was small and it wouldn’t fit in the room. The only way it would was to just use the mattress only. So it was a very cramp for a couple days. Unfortunately I don’t trust the app or the company no more, so I’m going back to calling and doing it in person ”

“Way more expensive than other places in the area. Nice lobby, average room, but the heat was broken on my floor on a cold winter night so it was uncomfortable. Staff at check-in was great but staff at check-out didn't care at all about the lack of heat. ”

“Stayed here before when a reservation at a hotel across town was not a safe feeling. Clean and fairly quiet place. Enjoy the river trail out back convent to take our dog for a walk. Looks like My Place will turn into our in town place to stay. ”
