“Facility backs on to Yakima River - provided a nice view when in room. Breakfast was well run. Staff attentive, friendly and not overbearing. Hotel isn’t spiffy brand new clean but isn’t dirty either.”

The staff member went way out of his way to make sure that we got one that worked, although getting everything signed up is a full-time job in itself if you've ever streamed anything you already get the joke. The people here have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. It is obviously not the Hilton, but all considered I have nothing but good things to say...”

“Way more expensive than other places in the area. Nice lobby, average room, but the heat was broken on my floor on a cold winter night so it was uncomfortable. Staff at check-in was great but staff at check-out didn't care at all about the lack of heat. ”
