“Overall okay, eating area very hot 81 degrees. Rooms okay for the price. Overall, okay would stay again. ”

“Room was fairly clean, bathroom was so dimly lit we had to keep the shower curtain open a little bit to see. The hotel is a bit old and run down but clean. The smell of wet carpet in the hallway is horrible, which I supposed was due to people coming back from the pool to their rooms dripping wet. But it was so horrible I gagged everytime I took the elevator especially. The location is right next to Colonial Williamsburg which is great and hotel guests can show their reservation and get a 25% discount when buying tickets at the counter. You can also upgrade the ticket to multidays by paying just $8 more. Parking is free and staff were helpful. ”

“Check in was efficient. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast started our day nicely. ”

“Inattentive staff, run down property, breakfast doesn't start till 7AM. Rooms were clean as was the property. OK for 1 night stay but not for any extended time. ”

“Close to many local sites plus restaurants. Lots of very nice staff who are very helpful and friendly. Loved the fancy drinks and great made to order breakfast. Is clean but not as fancy as some Embassy Suites we stayed at. Could benefit from some refreshing / cleaning of the wallpaper( halls) , squeaky bed frame, broken shower head, caulk in the bathroom etc . Would stay there again ”

“I stay at this hotel a lot maybe once a week once every two weeks it is impeccably clean the staff is lovely the facilities are just very very nice location you know it's in the middle of the city not near the historic area but you know there's shopping and things around it but for the money it's it's you know well beyond what what you're paying it truly is impeccably clean and the staff is very very friendly they know who I am when I walk in now I stay there maybe once a week once every two weeks and parking through easy very nice little breakfast it's a good place”
