“Loved it! People were ALL very friendly and helpful! Very very clean…and I’m picky! Rooms were great! Loved the walk in shower, rather than tub combo in the king room. Breakfast was the best breakfast—their bacon is crispier than other HI Express’. Pam, breakfast lady, was so friendly! Loved the built in luggage area in the rooms. Upgraded ac from others which was nice to control the temp. Nice location close to restaurants. It looked brand new—which is hard to do with a 7 year old hotel. Loved loved the fish tank in the breakfast area-see thru to the elevator area! All HI Express’ should have this! Very nice touch! They say this is the #1 HI Express in the world and I absolutely see why! I have stayed at this chain all over the world and this is also now my favorite! I am a Travel Agent and have traveled a lot and this is a very honest review.”

“I was to have a king size bed and non smoking. I got a filthy smoking, double bed. TV, AC&HV, Bath tub drain didn’t work. No fire alarm, missing light bulbs, hole in the carpet. Linens had stain spots and old. Tried to change after others in my group had a somewhat better room and wasn’t able to. Was doubled charged through your service and my discover card. Took time in the smelly lobby with manager to get the discover credit. ”

“I would not recommend it. They were rude and insensitive. They definitely would be the last place I recommend even though the service was good they did not take into account all things involved with my stay and the request I made was not overly too much to ask and they would not allow it for one night. They told me I could not stay there anymore because I trespassed on their property. I asked to stay in the lobby for one night before I had a place to go and it was 30° out and they said no. Instead they called the poloce and had me escorted off the property, even after the poloce said they did not see what the problem was for me to stay one night till 6am when my place opened up. The police asked if I could stay one night in the lobby and they would pick me up early in the morning to take me to where I was needing to go. The police were more polite and helpful than the property managers ”

“I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. It is either new or has been renovated and is very nice and clean. My bed was a little firm for me, but I just like it very soft bed. Stef was amazing as well. If you are driving through and need a place to stay, This would be a good choice. I will stay here again.”
