“This motel is clean, well staffed and conveniently located when visiting the Ogunquit/Wells area. A breakfast is provided- never had baked beans for breakfast before but they were good! Walkable to restaurants on all sides or plenty of grills to cook yourself. The grounds are pleasantly well kept- play area and pool also. Pleasant stay.”

“The motel clearly bought discarded furniture and fixtures from a higher end hotel and tried to use them to update the rooms - I appreciate the effort, but nothing was installed properly and it looked like a bad DYI project. The window to our unit was ground floor, directly on the parking lot, but the only shade was blackout, so we could either live un complete darkness or a fish bowl - they need translucent privacy shades. The room felt very damp and there was mold/mildew on the ceiling of the shower room. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall. There was a tiny, unmarked, toe-murdering lip between the main room and the bathroom. It felt generally unwelcoming. At least it was cheap and the mattresses were reasonably comfortable. ”
