“This motel is clean, well staffed and conveniently located when visiting the Ogunquit/Wells area. A breakfast is provided- never had baked beans for breakfast before but they were good! Walkable to restaurants on all sides or plenty of grills to cook yourself. The grounds are pleasantly well kept- play area and pool also. Pleasant stay.”

“Not sure how they can get away with calling this a resort. The name itself is misleading. They have a tennis court that doesn't even look maintained, a basketball hoops that is bent, the pool even tho unopened doesn't even look appealing. Breakfast if you're lucky enough to have it included in your stay consists of a fridge made for glassware in the office next to the desk and some pots of coffee. The facility is run down and looks awful with the unpainted doors and you can see the rooms that have the beds stripped but the linen just sitting there like it has been days since they have been back to get it. The rooms are tiny and not up to date at all and if on the ground floor the step into and out of your room definitely requires a step by standards because it's a huge hazzord if you miss or fall or forget. The staff is the best part but even then very short and not very informative when you check in and not even 100% sure that they knew what they were doing as they tried to charge me double the cost of my stay. The grounds were up kept and definitely not a place I would stay again and would ask for a refund if you do stay there, as I am. ”
