“It was an amazing and great stay”

“First room I got, had a cockroach walking around. Got a new room right next door, had urine stain not cleaned around toilette. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and sunk im the middle for both rooms. Next day I called to ask front desk to replace linens in one of the beds because it was so old that was too rough to sleep with bare skin. When I came back to the room, no replacement. Loud AC. What a horrible place to stay. Paid over $***per day. Never again. ”

“The hotel is in a great area but the room smelled like mildew, highly overdue for a remodel. Room wasn’t necessary dirty, just smelled bad. ”

“Visit from Virginia for grandkids birthday celebration. This hotel was beautiful. There was one issue I ran across dealing with maintenance. I couldn’t login to my Netflix account. He said it was a WiFi error and he’d check in to it and get back with me but never followed up. That was a minus on him not the hotel. My husband and I have been staying in a different hotel when visiting for the last 5 years and it’s been getting worse each year until last year we’ve finally said enough was enough and we need to use the hotel we use any other time which is the Marriott. Trust me, we will not turn back again after our stay here. Maintenance man get it together sir. We'll be back.”

“King suite is nice & spacious”

“It was nice it's a really nice location. Staff is nice the room are definitely good. The bathroom is the only thing I feel need improving. Need upgrade the shower, tub, toilet just everything. It's not bad and it was clean just dated. Last time I got a none smoking suite which always get the suite, some ok be had been smoking in the room and it was strong. I asked for a change of a room by the lady offered to spray it with some deodorizer to mask it. I thought she was going to spray it but she have the bottle to me while she stood in the door while I sprayed it. I don't know if this was a policy or her preference but I understood it. Me being a retired police officer I could see the dangers or problem that could lead to. She was nice about everything. I just wish she would just gave me another room without me having to ask again. The smoke smell was back one hour later. I just dea I'm t with it. I tried to let the shower run to maybe help but it didn't. Outside of that the room was worth a ⭐⭐⭐⭐. I definitely would recommend it for the price. ”
