“호텔 객실에 냉장고나 전자레인지가 없는 곳은 처음 봤습니다. 모든 객실에 있다고 적혀 있었지만, 실제로는 그렇지 않았습니다. 프런트 직원들은 때때로 불친절했습니다. 스포츠 행사 때문에 사람이 많았는데, 직원들이 저보고 내려와서 필요한 걸 가져오라고 하더군요. 제 일이 아니잖아요. ”

“We were visiting my nephew who was graduating the next morning. We drove in the night before and needed a place to crash for a few hrs and this was fine. Good value could use updating but felt safe and was fine as long as you know what to expect.”

“Things were newish and clean. 24 hour pool/hot tub meant I could get up early, relax in hot tub while getting email caught up before work. The staff were all great. Every shift, every person, was happy and helpful. Breakfast was there, but not great. The eggs were not great, but the 6a breakfast area was open and ready before 6a. Hot coffee was still available at evening check-in. Was costly, but had many redeeming factors. ”

“My stay was good except the refrigerator went out in my room overnight and my entire fridge full of food was bad. Notified staff and was not even offered compensation for my fridge full of spoiled food, just told the refrigerator is on a timer and shuts off after so long so the freezer doesn't freeze the food. Afraid to stay there again because of this issue. I had 3 days worth of food in that fridge since I travel for work. ”
