“I've stayed here a couple times now, and I find it good enough to come back to. It's a basic motel, but it's clear that the owners love it: It's exceptionally clean, exceptionally well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room rate is quite reasonable. It's not in a particularly attractive part of Urbana, but it's good for those passing through or those seeking a decent base of operations.”

“I have to say I have never stayed in a hotel that there is not a fridge or microwave in the room. Even though it says in all rooms that is not true. The staff during at the front was not very friendly at times. There were a lot of people because of a sporting event but they wanted me to come down and get stuff. Nope not my job. ”

“Things were newish and clean. 24 hour pool/hot tub meant I could get up early, relax in hot tub while getting email caught up before work. The staff were all great. Every shift, every person, was happy and helpful. Breakfast was there, but not great. The eggs were not great, but the 6a breakfast area was open and ready before 6a. Hot coffee was still available at evening check-in. Was costly, but had many redeeming factors. ”

“My stay was good except the refrigerator went out in my room overnight and my entire fridge full of food was bad. Notified staff and was not even offered compensation for my fridge full of spoiled food, just told the refrigerator is on a timer and shuts off after so long so the freezer doesn't freeze the food. Afraid to stay there again because of this issue. I had 3 days worth of food in that fridge since I travel for work. ”
