“인디애나주립대학교에 방문하기 위하여 숙박하였는데 직원들은 매우 친절하였고 근처에 경찰서가 위치하여 치안또한 매우 좋았습니다 바로 옆건물에 매우 멋진 커피숍이 있었으며 도보 2분거리에 square donut 이라는 맛집이 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 커피는 매일 무료이니도넛과 아침식사를 하시면 좋을것같습니다. ”

“We arrived late at night to find a few dozen ants crawling on the walls and ceiling in our room! Emily at the front desk was great and very apologetic. She stated that other rooms were not available, but immediately came up with a vacuum and ant spray to try to address the issue. She and I spent 15+ minutes working on this. Because the spray was toxic and had a strong fragrance, my wife and I had to sit in the lobby from about midnight to 12:45 to let the spray dry and let the room air out a bit. This was the last thing we wanted to be doing after a long drive and we ended up losing over 90 minutes of needed sleep. Adding to the frustration, I then took a shower and found that the body wash dispenser was completely empty, ruining my shower. Isn't it a basic function of housekeeping to make sure those dispensers are filled?? (There was also not a full set of disposable cups in the room either.) Emily left a detailed report of the problems in the room, especially about the ants. At checkout the next morning, the checkout person said that management would be in touch with me. Ten days later (plus I sent an email a week ago) and I have not heard from the hotel. I guess management at this hotel cares even less than their housekeeping.”

“The room was very clean. I was only there for one night. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, easy access to I-70. Hallway carpet could be changed, it's pretty dingy, but rooms were nice. ”
