“I really enjoyed most aspects of our stay! The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all so incredibly friendly! Our room was clean, and comfortable. My only issues with this hotel were the shower heads, which had really weird settings, the fact that there isn't AC in the workout room (my daughter was in Syracuse for a dance competition and wanted a space to practice the night before). We wanted to get a workout in after 4 hours in the car but this room was way too hot, we left after 30 minutes. Also the walls of the rooms are paper thin, we had a neighbor whose TV we could hear at 5am, as well as one whose door we could hear opening and shutting every few minutes until almost midnight. Not the hotel's fault, but just a heads up that if you're a light sleeper this hotel may not be for you if you end up with night owls or early birds for neighbors. Aside from that, I really did enjoy this hotel overall. A little pricey for what you get, but most things in New York are. Beds were comfy, staff was pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was impressive and really good as well. We were happy overall!”

“We had a nice stay only a few nitpicky comments. Finding the entrance is tricky, you have to go ALL THE WAY AROUND the ROUNDABOUT to enter the hotel. There really should be an access road through Taco Bell, but there isn't. It's a divided highway just before the entrance to the hotel. The entrance road is between Taco Bell and McDonald's and a bit confusing. Once we got to our room it was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. TV was oddly offset in the room not in front of the bed. Extra room seating was comfortable. The toilet was crammed between the shower wall and outer wall which I thought was a bit odd and challenging for a larger open bathroom. Breakfast hours should be expanded to be later in the mornings as not everyone is an early riser. Staff needs to make sure large moving trucks should be parked in the back not taking up 5-6 regular spaces. There need to be more handicap spots. Overall the stay was good and we would return.”

“Despite being in mildly blighted region, we found this hotel to be perfect. Very close to highway but rooms were quiet. Loved the Fall/Halloween decor, various coffee blends in lobby, excellent breakfast options, clean and pleasant odors throughout. Well lit stairwells. Various restaurants( we ate at Delmonico’s. It was average food but excellent waitress Jackie.) but mostly Asian and Bar/pub food. We did not venture out much. Felt safe walking in parking lot. ”

“I always stay in this hotel when I visit my child in Syracuse. Last night, I stayed in a king room suite which heat was out of order and only cold air coming out whole night. This morning, I told the stuff in front desk, and she had me changed to another upgraded room immediately. I was so thankful for not need to suffer the cold anymore. I felt so appreciated.”

“Can walk or take the shuttle that runs every hour to the state fair. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprize. Will plan on staying here next year.”
