“This hotel seems like it has a lot of potential, but it feels like it's not being properly maintained. The outside of the property looked like it hadn't been cleaned or cared for in quite some time. The lobby and common areas were nice, but once we entered our room, it was a different story. The furniture was dated, and the carpet was so dirty that it turned my son's feet black after walking on it. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was definitely a positive. Unfortunately, both the pool and the laundry facilities were out of service during our stay. That was especially disappointing because one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was that my son loves to swim. Overall, while the staff made a good impression, the condition of the room and the unavailable amenities left us disappointed. If we're back in Sweetwater, we'll likely choose a different hotel.”
