“Out stay was all around amazing ”

“It’s was a great stay my kids enjoyed their breakfast. Good staff and cozy beds .”

“Easy check in and check out. Staff, especially the breakfast crew, very friendly and helpful. We stay here every year on our way to visit family, and it has always met our needs.”

“Location and price were good. No complaints. The bed was very soft but some people are into that. ”

“Staff is very helpful! No issues at all!”

“As I was checking in, I noticed a bug what I thought was a cockroach. The more I looked around, I saw more of the same insects. My mom killed a couple as we were waiting to be checked in. When we finally got our keys, we headed to the staircase (because the elevator is out of order) and saw even more cockroaches all over. If it weren’t already 2 AM, we would’ve already left. Our room had an odor/smell. The bath tub was horrendous. There were brown/yellow stains and the shower head had green deposits on them. It was too disgusting to take a shower. Our bed sheets also had a stain to them. To top it off, during breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order. When I decided to just drink some milk, it was EXPIRED. By the way, the insects were still there the next morning. As I checked out, I voiced all my complaints to the staff. She assured me that the manager would reach out to me regarding my concerns. Obviously, they haven’t. And they wouldn’t answer their phones either. I contacted IHG directly and they informed me that the hotel charged my card WITHOUT my permission for another night and refunded as a way of “apologizing”. I don’t see what the point was because it was a net zero. It honestly baffles me how the management thinks their level of service provided is acceptable, especially at their price range. And the unprofessionalism of not reaching out and using my credit card without my permission.”

“This hotel had a great staff - was clean - comfortable beds - delicious full breakfast. Was busy w business & they gave me a hour late check out”

“It has been the worst hotel in which I have stayed I do not even know how it can be in service the dirtiest very expensive and the facilities the worst”
