“Even though it cost over ***a night including tax, I booked it expecting it to be worth the price for a nice family vacation. However, I was deeply disappointed.First of all, the pool was supposed to open at 7 AM, but it was never ready on time. Even during cleaning hours, we saw cockroaches in the indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was no better; the pool vacuum was left sitting in the water every single day, so we had to constantly ask the staff to remove it just to swim. The jacuzzi water was a murky gray color, which made my daughter refuse to get in because it looked so dirty. The restrooms near the indoor pool were in such terrible condition that my daughter was actually scared to use them—they desperately need to be remodeled. To make matters worse, there was mold in our room's bathroom as well. This was far from the pleasant vacation we paid for.”
