“From start to finish just bad. Toilet was stopped up in the room we checked in.. Smell in room was horrible chemical cigares smoke and carpet cleaner carpet by the bed was soaking wet first night couldn't find anyone . had to stop daily for tp and towels..take out our trash no cleaning service offered 7 days asked about it told the room would be cleaned tuesday only to find out no cleaning would be available until dec 16? Asked about new sheets and was handed a bag of sheets and blankets to change myself..mentioned the smell 2 or three times no response...trash from previous occupant under stove unit didn't touch it disappointing all around...will never stay here again... ”

“Great location, love the pool, breakfast, and kick backs! Issues with the hot tub heating but they were working on it. It happens. Had an issue with our room, staff worked it out quickly, much appreciated!”
