“This hotel is really value for your money. The location is good too but what makes it exceptional and awesome is the customer service. The staff named Benjamin helped me a lot. He is such an awesome and helpful person. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back next time! ”

“가격대비 아주 만족스러워요. ”

“The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Average breakfast but mostly met our needs. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure is terrible and not adjustable in the shower. The water temp is great! Pool is super small so if you want a pool to swim or play, not really a good fit. ”

“Loved this hotel and the museum!”

“Room service was poor. Replaced towels, but left no wash cloths or face towels. Trash wasn’t emptied and bed was not made. Shower wand did not work. Lady at the desk was very helpful. I believe her name was Harley.”

“여러 명소까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있는 아름다운 호텔입니다. 누구에게나 이 호텔을 추천합니다. ”

“After moving from a very disappointing hotel, it was a breath of fresh air arriving here. The room was updated, although our request for a handicapped room was not met, they were able to find us a room with a walk in shower and close to the elevator. The room was clean and the staff professional and courteous.”

“This was a great place to stay to ride the metro the busch stadium. You just walk through union station and the metro stop is there. Also has a parking garage for $19 a night added security for me. It was a bit pricey and couldn't use any facilities. But a good place to stay. ”

“This hotel is close to a lot of establishments. About 2 min away from night life establishments. Location is nice and staff are nice too. Quite new compared to other hotels around the area. ”

“Upon being greeted by a lovely and helpful lady. My room was ready right away. We received 3 free drink tickets for the bar and free dinner! (Btw 530pm-7pm) Breakfast was also free!! Room was clean as was hotel area. Will look for them again wherever I stay ”
