When I first arrived the room the toilet were already clogged. They moved me to another room, Couldn't sleep well because the refrigerator made loud noises there. Both rooms had bad smell in them. Staff member Omar identified as the manager (he isn't), refused to transfer me to another room and said that the only solution for me is to disconnect the refrigerator or just leave and get a refund. His voice was shaky and it seems that he's in some kind of a fight or flight mode although I was stating my criticism in a very calm and polite way. I stayed because I had a business meeting scheduled for that hour. Next morning I woke up to see cockroaches in the room. Omar didn't want to address it. He offered me to leave and get a refund again. I didn't get the refund until now (more than a month after) because the front desk don't answer the calls from AGODA. The cheapest motels in my trip to India were much cleaner than that. If you have any standards don't go there, If you don't - just sleep in your car..”
