“The location is good—walking distance to the ballpark—and the hotel looks nice for the price, offering good value overall. However, my experience had some disappointments. The key to my room didn’t work properly and required “wiggling” to open. Housekeeping missed details: used toiletries were left in the bathroom, and there was an opened sports drink in the fridge. I also felt uneasy seeing several "women" checking in and then waiting in the parking lot for "customers". Breakfast was decent, but the hotel could improve cleanliness and security to match its location.”

“I booked this hotel for a recent Phoenix Graduation - I will say that I have had mixed experiences with Holiday Inn and was a little apprehensive about my stay. This hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly! We stayed in a double queen room and it was huge. The breakfast buffet was actually very nice (alot of negative reviews). If ever a need to stay in Phoenix again I would definitely stay here.”
