“Loved the room! Very comfortable. Bed quite high and may not be suitable for some people who don't like heights, or for little ones. But the room was great and I had a wonderful sleep! Loved the staff. Great coffee. ”

“For a luxury hotel, the reception staff were friendly enough, but not that professional. They all looked and behaved like mature college students. Nice, but not experienced. A couple of the staff were exceptional, like the valet, Forest and driver, Vince. Also, housekeeping woke us up at 8am, and the front reception's response was to suggest we hang our do not disturb placard on the door. We've stayed at many hotels and have never been woken up that early for housekeeping, even on check out days. Not a good way to start a relaxing vacation. ”

“멋진 옛 건물이에요. 스테이트 스트리트의 모든 상점들과 가깝고 기차역까지도 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있어요. 평일 요금은 샌타바버라 기준으로 합리적인 편이에요. 하지만 금/토요일에는 샌타바버라 어디든 비싸요. ”

“Quiet gardened property. Easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and the Granada and Arlington Theaters. Louie’s Restaurant was closed for an ownership change. Delightful stay. ”

“We got a cozy queen and it felt like a full bed. The room was very small. Housekeeping does not come daily and we were not informed of this until it was too late to ask them to come. The location is good in that its on the main street but as there are bars all over, the music went on till the early hours of the morning. The plus was that the staff were lovely; from the front desk to the valet guys. Also they have coffee set up down stairs (also have it in your room to make) in the mornings and cookies out in the afternoon. Starbucks is literally next door which is also a plus. ”
