“We booked at the last minute & arrived after midnight. We were just stopping to get some sleep before we finished our drive home. Agoda somehow only sent payment for 1 room instead of the 2 rooms we paid Agoda for, so we were not allowed to check in. The person at the hotel was no help at all, and neither was Agoda’s automated assistant. My husband found the # to call Agoda with a Google search, but it still took almost 2 hours to get it sorted out. We were exhausted & very frustrated with Agoda & the lack of customer service at the hotel. ”
